Mississippi Street Garage, 1261 Oread Avenue

• Visitors will have to pay for hourly parking in the garage.

• Make sure your license plate is facing out. This is how KU checks parking permissions.

• You can pre-pay using the HONK app OR you can pay at a pay station in the garage (you’ll need to know your license plate number).

• The first hour is $2.25, and all subsequent hours are $2.00 (plus a per-transaction vendor fee if using an app).

• Pay stations accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or cash. Have exact change if paying by cash, as pay stations do not give change.
